I went in and it feels really luxe right away, like the whole vibe was nice and upscale. But the prices are feeling a bit too much for what I got, so I don’t know if I’d say it was totally worth it...

From what I remember, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. The navigation felt a bit clunky, and a few pages seemed to take longer to load than I expected. It wasn’t unusable, but the experience definitely felt slower and less smooth than I’d hoped...

i mean, they did eventually sort out the issue with my order, but it took way longer than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times before it really got moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I’m glad it was fixed in the end, but for the price, I expected a smoother process.

I picked up a couple of Sarah Chapman products and, i was a bit worried I’d end up regretting the spend because they’re not cheap. At first I didn’t see anything dramatic, but I stuck with them because I didn’t want to waste the money or miss out if they actually worked. After a few weeks, my skin definitely felt smoother and less dry, especially when I woke up in the morning. It’s not an overnight miracle, but I can see a real difference now. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the price, but the products have been effective for me.

I ordered it from Sarah Chapman and overall I’m happy with it. The pump works fine and gives a decent amount with each press, not too much and not too little. After about a week, the dispenser got a bit stiff, which is little annoying, but it still works and it’s usable. So yeah, not perfect, but still a good pump in my experience.

The parcel itself looked fine, so I’m guessing it was just a packing mistake. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I still had to deal with sorting out the return. For most of that time, the tracking barely changed, so I had no real idea where the package was. Then when it finally got here, I had to pay extra duties at the door, which I wasn’t thrilled about. I did reach out to customer service during the wait, and they replied, but they didn’t really give me much information or help. For the price, I expected international shipping to be a lot smoother.

I’m not even being dramatic… okay, maybe a little, but this seriously helped my dry skin so much. My face actually feels hydrated now instead of like it’s auditioning to be sandpaper. I’m impressed.

My skin looked fresher afterwards and felt properly clean for days. It is definitely not cheap, and I’ll admit after paying I had that slightly suspicious “was this really worth it?” feeling, but by the time I got home and saw the results, I felt better about it. I’d probably go back again.

The product felt really nice at first, like smooth and kind of luxurious, but after a few days my skin started acting up. I got small breakouts around my chin and cheeks, and my face felt tight, tight and a bit irritated, so I decided to stop using it.

I can see how it might work better for someone else, especially if their skin is less fussy than mine. For me though, it was just okay. Not awful, not amazing, just not something I’d buy again.

I know Sarah Chapman products aren’t exactly cheap, but I do feel like I can justify it because the ingredients actually seem high quality and not like a bunch of filler. My skin feels calm after I use it, and there’s no weird scent or sticky residue, which I really appreciate. It’s pricey, but i can tell it’s a good product.
